CPSA Project Management
CPSA offers many verticals for their community. They offer training, memberships, tools, events, and more. Receiving multiple emails with content from each department for each category proved to be chaotic. A simple solution was formed because the departments couldn't visually see how their content would be placed and how much information they should provide. After sitting down with them and taking into account their collective information a new strategy was formed.
